Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate warehouse address for your region.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the keyboard in its original box with all accessories and cables included, then ship it using a trackable courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will inspect the device for damages; upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
